Questions about loadbalancing RSS to Sites (Doc ID 1675844.1)

Qn1:The Satellite Server install documentation says this:

"Each remote Satellite Server can be associated with only a single WebCenter Sites installation. This means that the same remote Satellite Server cannot be used for
two independent WebCenter Sites installations (such as management andproduction)."

Does this mean we can only have 1 to 1 pairing of a Satellite Server and a WebCenter Sites servers?
 
Qn2:If we have 2 WCS delivery nodes and add 2 more we will have 4 WCS nodes in the cluster. If we have 2 remote Satellite Server, how can we load balance between these 2 Satellite Servers to load balance requests to the 4 WCS servers?
 
Qn3:How do we register satellite against content server when 4 delivery WCS nodes, and 2 SS in front of them? would this be simply registering all 4 deliver WCS nodes in each of the remote satellite server in the database or register each satellite server against the WCS deliver cluster load balancer?
