Blob URL Returns 404 Sometimes When Using Load Balancer (Doc ID 1676306.1)

Symptoms

Some images in pages are returning 404 error. This happens when we browse pages using load balancer. When accesing each WebCenter Sites instance, it works fine.

The load balancer is configued to connect two separate, non-clustered WebCenter Sites installations.
