Goal
By default, the ADMINCONSOLESESSION or JSESSIONID cookie for EM / Fusion Middeware Control (FMW Control) 11g is not secure for https access since using SSL is not the default. Oracle Fusion Middleware Control (/em) application is deployed in a manner where it not supported to configure as another application within an WEB-INF/weblogic.xml, normally required for this configuration. See the below process for configuring EM/ FMW Control for https including a secure cookie.
