Oracle Webgate OHS Started With Error - "The AccessGate is unable to contact any Access Servers." raw_code^301 (Doc ID 1678719.1)

Customer reports the following three errors below occurring during webgate startup. Below the errors I add comments.

Error 1
Oblix: 2014/05/19@16:28:26.39306#01125569#01125580#011ACCESS_GATE#011FATAL#0110x00001520#011/ade/aime_ngamac_279059/ngamac/src/palantir/webgate2/src/apache2entry_web_gate.cpp:597#011"Exception thrown during WebGate initialization"#011

Comment-1: This error is to generic and needs associated errors which are more definitive.

Error 2

Using NPTL Threading Library.

Comment-2: If the file defined in the error is at the location defined, then the error could be as a result of the user who is starting up the
webgate not having proper permission to open/read the file.

Error 3

Comment-3: Please make sure that there are Access Servers configured.
