After Patching Spaces from 11.1.1.5 to 11.1.1.6.6, There is an Inconsistent Look & Feel (Skin + Page Templates). (Doc ID 1679002.1)

Symptoms

After patching WebCenter from 11.1.1.5.0->11.1.1.6.0->11.1.1.6.6, Spaces have inconsistent look and feel.  Navigation looks appropriate at times, but on further navigation, it changes to include 'WebCenter Portal:  Spaces' at the top and the tabs look different.  Behavior switches back and forth between the wrong look and correct look. 

Following settings are verified as correct:
Administration > Configuration tab
- Application Skin: Spaces FX
- Default Page Template: Fusion Top Navigation

Changes

No other changes besides applying the 11.1.1.6.x patch.
