Symptoms

OWB 11.2 Repository Browser fails to connect to repository with ORA-01031: Insufficient Privileges (OWBREP is the example user, ODS1 is the Workspace)

 

Changes

This can occur after a OWB repository has been migrated from one database to another using datapump.
