Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A web service has been registered in OAG using Policy Studio.  When the configuration is deployed and subsequently calling registered WSDL URL in a browser window, a blank page is shown.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The WSDL should show in the browser after the service has been virtualized in Policy Studio.
