After WCC Upgrade, Views Related to Folders Are Broken (Doc ID 1681083.1)

We have upgraded WCC from 11.1.1.6 to 11.1.1.8 in our development environment and are seeing the following error recurring in the log file:

The fLinkRank column exists on the WCC schema but not on the database schema for 11.1.1.8. But it did in 11.1.1.6.
