Does Client Side Security Policy Support Negotiation? (Doc ID 1681218.1)

Goal

When calling a remote web service using client side security policy, both client and server side currently are using Basic256:


It works fine, but the server side is going to change to use Basic256Sha256. The question is: is there a way to configure the client side not changed even though the server side has updated it's algorithm to Basic256Sha256.
