Email Attachments Are Failing To be Extracted In Capture Client "Error extracting attachments"

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Configured a Capture Workspace to process email attachments from an inbox. Within the Capture Client, the email is there, but the attachment(s) failed to be included.
The Capture logs show the following error:
oracle.odc.exception.CaptureException: Error extracting attachments
