Tuxedo Service Level Blocktime, Defined in UBBConfig, Does Not Work For Salt Clients (Doc ID 1682946.1)

Symptoms

Suppose a Tuxedo service (e.g. TOLOWER service) exposed as Inbound Web Service through SALT interface.
This Tuxedo service is configured with a BLOCKTIME=10 at ubbconfig *SERVICES section level.

When a native client calls this service lasting longer than 10 seconds, the service call is interrupted when BLOCKTIME threshold is reached (with SCANUNIT granularity).

When a web client calls this service lasting longer than 10 seconds, the service call is NOT interrupted when BLOCKTIME threshold is reached
