Symptoms
When trying to register a WS using OAG Policy Studio using WSDL URL, the following error was encountered:
"com.vordel.xsd.SchemaLoadException: XMLParseException: src-resolve: Cannot resolve the name 'tns:myElement' to a(n) 'type definition' component."
The client was able to import the same WSDL via SoapUI without any issue. "type definitiont" is referenced by a XSD that include the tns:myElement XSD.
