Symptoms

After applying a SOA bundle Patch, AXF users cannot login to the AXF Worklist and receive the following error:

Verification Service cannot resolve user identity.
User null cannot be found in the identity repository.
Workflow Context token cannot be null in request.
oracle.imaging.axf.resources.AxfException: ORABPEL-30511
