Symptoms
A web application is deployed to a WLS 12.1.x server. Using Spring Framework, this application generates a SOAP request message with a security element in the header with the following code:
To summarize this problem, when using Spring Framework to generate a SOAP request message, with WLS 12.1.1, the wsse:Security tag element is present as expected, but with WLS 12.1.2, the wsse:Security tag element is missing.
