Symptoms

1 Using the APEX view APEX_040200.APEX_APPLICATIONS to list all APEX applications.
2. Several applications do not show in this view but do show up from the APEX Builder.
3. Deleting these applications from the Builder and re-importing them does not resolve the issue.
4. However, importing the applications with a different Application ID does allow the applications to be seen in the APEX_APPLICATONS view.
5. The applications that do not show up have language translations associated with them.

Changes

 Upgraded to APEX 4.2.3.
