FRM-41214 Error Using Run_Report_Object When Destype=Screen or Preview (Doc ID 169619.1)

Symptoms

When running a Report from a Form using the RUN_REPORT_OBJECT

built-in with the Reports server, you encounter the FRM-41214 error,
and the report status is TERMINATED_WITH_ERROR.

You have checked parameters are not left empty in the
Report Object's property palette of the calling form.
