Goal
Scenario #1. Use this procedure to redesiginate an existing replicated RMS node as the MDS (master/Primary node), in OID 10.1.4.3 and later.
Scenario #2. Use this procedure when the the MDS (primary) node is completely gone and no recent backups exist. Since administrative master/Primary is gone, remtool fails and DRG cannot be managed or reconfigured.
Note: These procedures ONLY to ASR replication. If LDAP replication is being used then the remtool command line option -pchgmaster should be used instead.
