Using Capture to Commit to the Database Fails When Using Oracle Database 11.2.0.3.0 (Doc ID 1900383.1)

Symptoms

When committing to the Oracle Database, the process fails. Batches are not deleted after commit, and will be committed again.  When committing to a folder, (commit to database is disabled) the commit process works correctly and batches are deleted.
