Symptoms

 In an Adaptive Case Management process, during the lifecycle of the Case, the rules which should be initiated after the ACM events (example Case Lifecyle, Case Activity Lifecycle, Milestones etc) are not getting initiated. It throws "org.eclipse.persistence.platform.xml.XMLPlatformException" exceptions in SOA Server's Output logs.
