When trying to download a content folio zip rendition (by calling the CREATE_FOLIO_RENDITION service), you may receive the following error:

Unable to execute service method 'createRendition'. The error was caused by an internally generated issue. The error has been logged.

The WebCenter Content log file will display the following error message / stack trace:
