WCS Csdt Command Line Filter Not Working For @ELEMENTCATALOG (Doc ID 1902777.1)

Goal

When using csdt is there any way to only export a section of the element catalog?
For instance:
csdt-cmd http://{host:port}/cs/ContentServer username=<ADMIN USERNAME> password=<ADMIN PASSWORD> resources='@ELEMENTCATALOG:CustomElements/Site/*' fromSites=Site datastore=Site cmd=listcs
