Error "Field value does not conform with the mask defined" When Attempting to Change Focus from One Field to Another in Capture (Doc ID 1903577.1)

Symptoms

User is receiving an error when attempting to leave an Index field, and is not able to leave the current field until they fill it in completely or remove all data from that field.  The error returned to the user when attempting to leave the field is:

Field value does not conform with the mask defined
