Symptoms
When setting up the Migration Tool (Client 1025/Service 1028) in a cloned production environment, all applications generate the below error:
Document Details: RecId: xxxxxxxx, DocStgId: xxxxxxxx, APPNAME, application/x-emedia.universal(2). class ATL::CComObject<class DocTK::CDocument>::get_FieldValues at Stellent.IBPM.Interop.Imaging.DocTk.IDocument.get_FieldValues() at MigrationService.WorkerThread.WorkQueueItem(QueueItem queueItem) at MigrationService.WorkerThread.Run()
Documents can be viewed and exported from the IPM Production client. The same error messages appear on the Errors tab of the Migration Client.
The following error also occurs in the Information Broker log:
