Goal

When trying to display Service Monitoring Results Panel within TSAM Console getting Pop up Window with ADF errors like:

How can we avoid ADF_FACES-60096: Server Exception during PPR, #... (javax.faces.el.EvaluationException: java.lang.NullPointerException) when using OEM plugin for TSAM/Tuxedo under Internet Explorer 8?
