Goal
In Oracle Acess Manager (OAM) 10g, you can use a resource URL of / to match the root of a site, ie. http://www.oracle.com/
In 11g, a resource URL of / does not match when accessing the root of the site, ie. http://www.oracle.com/. There is no way in 11g to match just the root, while excluding everything else off of the root.
Can you provide me with a way to do this similar to 10g?
