On : 11.1.1.3.0 version, Product Installation
Getting ORA-00054 Error while running the PSA utility for SOA Upgrade from 11.1.1.3 to 11.1.1.7
Part of the udpate requires you to update the SOA schemas with the Patch Set Assistant (PSA).
This is failing with ORA-00054
