Editing Folio Sets Metadata Values To Those Set on Framework Folder (Doc ID 1905636.1)

Symptoms

A simple folio is created and it is saved into a Framework Folder.  The folio is then edited.  Without making any changes, the Save button is clicked.  After doing this, metadata values of the folio have changed. The values are now set to those set on the folder defaults.
