Time Stamp Difference in Admin Applets (Repository Manager) When run from Browser Versus Command Line (Doc ID 1906346.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.6.0 version, Content Server

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Start and Finish date in the Automatic Update cycle and collection rebuild cycle of indexing in the repository manager are showing different timestamps when run from the browser vs in stand-alone applets from the command line.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that the Automatic update cycle and collection rebuild cycle of indexing in the repository manager show the same timestamps when run from the browser or as stand-alone applets

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into WebCenter Content (WCC) in a browser
2. Click the Administration link\
3, Click Admin applets
4. Open repository manager and select the index tab .
5. Look for Start date and Finish date in the Automatic update cycle and collection rebuild cycle -> It shows different timestamp.

6. But the same repository manager when opened in command line: $DOMAIN/ucm/cs/bin/RepositoryManager -> The start date and finish date in Automatic update cycle and collection rebuild cycle looks ok.
