When publishing some assets from Source to Target, elements and files on the Source become out of sync with the database.

Errors reported in the logs:

[2014-06-27 10:23:25,792 IST] [ERROR] [.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] [com.fatwire.logging.cs] Exception reading file /path/to/Shared/elements/SQL/OpenMarket/Xcelerate/AssetType/CSElement/SelectSummary,0.sql

The files are there, but they are a different version, e.g. SelectSummary.sql instead of SelectSummary,0.sql.

When using the Support tools to fix the database reference to the file, the target server becomes out of sync instead.
