Goal

In a non typical standard installation of WebCenter Portal 11.1.1.7 (No domain in the original environment - just binaries and the patches), this CPU patch is being installed: Patch 18090861 ORACLE WEBCENTER PORTAL SECURITY PATCH UPDATE FOR 11.1.1.7.0 (CPUAPR2014).

Note:
This contains the software and patches - so there is no domain.

i.e. the Movement scripts are used to install the software.

The Post-Installation instructions for this patch include the following steps:

  1.  Start all servers (Admin Server and all Managed Server(s)).
  2.  After the patch has been applied, please run the following wlst command:
     Run $ORACLE_HOME/common/bin/wlst.sh
     execfile('PATCH_TOP/18090861/oui/Bug17347913_ApplyPatch.py')

How to complete these steps in this type of installation?
