Goal

In a non typical standard installation of WebCenter Portal 11.1.1.7 (No domain in the original environment - just binaries and the patches), this CPU patch is being installed: <Patch 18090861> ORACLE WEBCENTER PORTAL SECURITY PATCH UPDATE FOR 11.1.1.7.0 (CPUAPR2014)

Note:
This contains the software and patches - so there is no domain.

i.e. the Movement scripts are used to install the software.

   Chapter 20 Using the Movement Scripts
   21.3.3 Moving the Middleware Home and the Binary Files


The Post-Installation instructions for this patch include the following steps:

  1.  Start all servers (Admin Server and all Managed Server(s)).
  2.  After the patch has been applied, please run the following wlst command:
     Run $ORACLE_HOME/common/bin/wlst.sh
     execfile('PATCH_TOP/18090861/oui/Bug17347913_ApplyPatch.py')


How to complete these steps in this type of installation?
