HelloCS Test Fails: ERROR = The page was posted, but the success string was not found in the response. Installing WebCenter Sites (Doc ID 1908130.1)

Symptoms

When trying to install WebCenter Sites over a webserver, after starting app server the installation is not progressing. It shows the following error

[2014-07-15 11:28:05.607][CS.INSTALL][INFO] CSSetupEngine.testConnectionAction: Testing user configuration and database connectivity.
[2014-07-15 11:28:06.008][CS.INSTALL][INFO] CSSetupEngine.postURL: PostURL failed for http://myhost:80/cs/HelloCS

Install was unable to run the HelloCS servlet.
Installation has halted.

Install failed.


However, the appserver starts up fine, and HelloCS loads find in the browser.
