Symptoms

In Tuxedo 12cR1 (12.1.1.0) MSSQ configuration (same RQADDR for a set of Applicative Servers) 1 of 3 servers get delay about one second (blue lines show where there is around one second with previous ULOG line) while shutdown, which delay overall system down time in big application, below is the tmshutdown output:
