Preview in New Window uses Redirect Vanity URL (Doc ID 1909768.1)

Symptoms

When the first vanity URL for an asset is a 301 or 302 redirect, if you use "Preview in New Window" on the asset, the page redirects to the URL specified in the vanity URL. This prevents the user from previewing the actual asset in a new window.

This is inconsistent with plain "Preview", which uses the Template set on the asset to render the page and ignores any vanity URLs.
