How to change Admin password for Oracle API Gateway from backend? (Doc ID 1910620.1)

Goal

The password to login to the Oracle API Gateway console with the admin user has been changed from the default value, changeme, but a new value, but this value has been forgotten.

Is there any way to change admin password in the backend files to reset the value once more?
