'Invalid Sign In' Signaled when Attempting to Login Into Master Repository from ODI Console After Setting Up External Authentication (Doc ID 1910695.1)

Symptoms

After configuring ODI external authentication, and when attempting to login to an ODI Master Repository on ODI Console the following message is signalled:

 However, you do not have the same message when successfully logging into the Work Repository using the same user.
