WCC 11.1.1.8 - Error with View After Removing a Column in a Table (Doc ID 1910760.1)

Symptoms

 

Reproduce the error in the Configuration Manager applet:
1. Create a new table: TestTable1
  A. Add new columns Testcolumn1, Testcolumn2
2. Create a new View: TestView1
  A. Select TestTable1 > Check both columns Testcolumn1, Testcolumn2 > Finish
  B. View Name and Description: TestView1
3. Go to the Views > select TestView1 > Edit Values... > Add... > Enter: One, Two > OK > Close
4. Go to Options > Publish schema.  It publishes without a problem.
5. Go to Tables > Select TestTable1 > Edit Table > Select Testcolumn1 > Delete > OK.
6. Go to the Views > Edit Values...
7. The error is displayed:

Unable to get edit information for view 'TestView1'. The view column field 'Testcolumn1' in the table 'TestTable1' for the view 'TestView1' is missing. Please reconfigure the view 'TestView1' with respect to the table.

 

Changes

 A columns ws removed in a table.  The view was using the column to generate values.
