Folder's Author Field Contains Sysadmin After Migration From Folders_g To Framework Folders (Doc ID 1911998.1)

Symptoms

After migrating from Folders_g to FrameworkFolders, the Framework Folders author metadata field contains a value of sysadmin, so ordinary users cannot change any metadata for documents within the folders. This affects migrated folders only. New folders do not have the problem.
