Cannot Launch ODI Studio And No Connection To Repository Option Is Available On Citrix

You have Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) installed on Citrix server, and it is published.
Following two symptoms are observed by users that launch ODI Studio through Citrix:
- Users cannot launch ODI Studio at all...
- Users can launch ODI Studio, but cannot see "Connect to Repository", and under New > Gallery > Items, they do not see "Create a New Repository Login" either.
If these users are made Admins on the Citrix server, then they will be able to launch ODIStudio, and even see all the menu items, or create new logins successfully.
What permissions would be need to be set on the file system (or user profile directories), and what files need write permissions to avoid making these users "Admin" on the Citrix server?
