Symptoms

In a 12.1.3 Middleware installation with SOA Suite you attempt to extend a SOA Suite domain by executing config.sh or config.cmd, e.g.:

$ORACLE_HOME/oracle_common/common/bin/config.sh

You already have the Oracle BPM Suite template applied to the domain and intend to extend the domain adding the Oracle SOA Suite for healthcare integration template or the reverse situation of having the healthcare integration template applied and intend to apply the BPM template.

The GUI fails with this error, using the first case example:
