Tree Is Not Loading In Admin UI (Doc ID 1915558.1)

Symptoms

In Admin UI, after installing Sites, Tree is not loading.

It shows the message: "Error. Click for details"-

Then a pop-up prompts with a NumberFormatException
When trying to re-install the folllowing error is shown:

Install was unable to run the HelloCS servlet.
Installation has halted.

Install failed.

 

The issue only occurs when using the WebServer Address, when using the Application Server address to install or to load the UI, it works fine.
