Symptoms

Getting "CMDTUX_CAT:821: INFO: Duplicate server." in an MP configuration when trying to boot a server that psr command list it in "DEAD SHUTDOWN" state.

When booting a "Dead Shutdown" server instance:

Booting server processes ...

exec appsvr -A -p 1,300:2,30 -o /ULOGS/appsvr.out -e /ULOGS/appsvr.err -- -x 1  :
  on MCHPRD2 -> CMDTUX_CAT:821: INFO: Duplicate server.
0 processes started.


[mchprd]>tmshutdown -i 20905 -c -w 20

Shutting down server processes ...

0 processes stopped.
