Symptoms

There around 12 hogging threads and CPU utilization for this java process is around 400% (4CPUs) on portal node2 on a production instance.

Portal 2 CPU utilization at present:

19507 oracle 18 0 10.4g 9.3g 44m S 388.6 29.0 4134:50 java

Portal node1 works fine in the same time.
