Multi Target Publishing Is Failing And Publish History Showing Success (Doc ID 1917037.1)

Symptoms

Sites is currently configured for multi-target publishing, as according to the examples described in the following page:

http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E29542_01/doc.1111/e29634/realtimehooks.htm#CIHDDGEJ

The publish session shows Success, but the publish history for assets in the publish (custom Tab) shows Publish-Failed, and the status for Deserializing and saving is only 8% completed.
