Date Fields Are Not Populated In Enterprise Capture When The Date Values are Part Of A URL Invoked from WCC / EBS (Doc ID 1918191.1)

When clicking on the "Scan Document" button in the MA scan page using the EBS Adapter, the Alpha Numeric / Text fields are populated with data, but the Date fields are not populated in Capture when called from the URL.  The date that is attempting to be populated is "01/19/2014" in the Capture field called "dt1".  A sample URL is listed below:
