Timeout In OIM Reconciliation Batches (Doc ID 1919188.1)

Symptoms

OIM 11.1.2.0.10
OIM reconciliation batches sometimes get timeouts. The response times are not consistent, with some batches of similar times correctly finishing in a few minutes and others failing.
The database is a 11gR2 RAC.
The remote system is an LDAP (Sun Java System Directory Server 6.3.1). It's trusted reconciliation. The connector is SJSDS (Sun Java System Directory Server 9.0.4.15.0). It's customized adding attributes.
The reconciliation events are generated in the table, but the next internal process fails. The scheduled job finishes apparently fine but errors can be seen in the logs :
