Symptoms

Create/startup of vserver job fails with IaasInternalException: Internal error: Failed to Create Virtual Machine Failed to create the requested job: failed to build Task Parameters for EoIB....(117704) (120014) (120005)

In Exalogic Virtual Release 2.0.6.1.1, issue of creation and startup of vServers from EMOC failing with below error in Job log is observed.

 

Changes

The issue has been noticed after upgrading to 2.0.6.x.x from 2.0.4.x.x and applying April 2014 PSU version.
