Missing Scenario Execution Report when Scenario Launched on ODI J2EE Agent from an Execution Type Work Repository (Doc ID 1920345.1)

Symptoms

When an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 11g or 12c Scenario is executed from a Development type Work Repository (DEV) on a J2EE Agent, the execution report is observed as expected in Operator.

However, when the same Scenario is executed from an Execution type Work Repository (QA) on the same JEE Agent, the execution report is observed in the DEV Operator and not, as expected, in the QA Operator.
