Powershell Script Execution Hangs when Launched from ODI Specific Procedures (Doc ID 1921201.1)

Symptoms

When executing a PowerShell script (or PsExec, PsCp, etc) in from Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Specific Procedure, the command hangs after having successfully run the PowerShell script, and freezes ODI.

This happens whether the PowerShell command is used with OdiOSCommand, or not.

However, when the following command is executed from a DOS command prompt, the run is successful:
