ADF_FACES-60097 Error Reported in Catalina.out when Launching EDQ Applications (Doc ID 1922710.1)

Symptoms

When clicking on applications (such as Director) from the Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) Launchpad an error is displayed "ADF_FACES-60097" though the application does launch.  Errors reported in Apache Tomcat's Catalina.out:
