During Fusion Middleware 12.1.3 Cloning, LockFile Parameter Remains Same As Source Environment? (Doc ID 1922904.1)

Fusion Middleware 12.1.3 cloning.
Part of cloning, parameter "LockFile" in httpd.conf is set as follows:

LockFile "<lock_location>/http_lock"

After cloning, target test2, value of parameter "LockFile "<lock_location>/http_lock"" remains the same. It does not change.

Is there any reason why the LockFile parameter remains the same as the source environment? Why is it not changed?
